To start, we will only be offering tours for groups up to 10 people (choose the group size when you book). Soon we hope to be able to offer our Group Tours...stay tuned!
We will be requiring people to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth when they visit the farm (see below). If you have your own, great! If not, we will have them available for you.
Hand sanitizer will be provided and it must be used prior to a visit with the alpacas or entering the farm store and should be used when you leave after taking off your mask. Please stay 2m (or 1 alpaca) away from staff and visitors who are not from your household. In the farm store, only 2 people will be allowed in at a time and masks must be worn at all times.
There isn't enough evidence to know if alpacas can catch the current SARS-CoV2, but we do know that they are susceptible to another coronavirus, MERS-CoV. Therefore we require all visitors to wear a mask when in the field feeding the alpacas. We have new babies and older animals and want to keep them safe and healthy.
In between all tours and visitors to the farm, we will sanitize all commonly touched surfaces. We ask that you handle the merchandise as little as possible. Tour booking times are scheduled to allow time for us to do this. Please arrive at your scheduled time...if you are early, please wait by your vehicle until your time slot or we come and get you.
