Harmony Meadows Alpaca & pacaHarmony are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients have the best possible experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or need to adjust a booking, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Product Refunds and Returns

We stand by the quality of the products we sell and carry.  If you experience any issues related to workmanship or quality, we will happily provide a full refund and/or exchange. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)


We may request the return of the product before issuing a refund or exchange.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Tour Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our tour refund policy is as follows:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled tour time.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

If Harmony Meadows Alpaca cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, staff availability), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Tour rescheduling can also be done online by clicking on the re-schedule link in your tour confirmation email. 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after it has been submitted.
