Shipping policy
At Harmony Meadows Alpaca / pacaHarmony we stive to provide you with the fastest possible service; however, sometimes that isn’t possible and we aim to follow our service level agreement (SLA) as outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada)
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Seasonal shipping delays occur throughout December and delivery times are best case scenarios during peak shipping periods. We will adjust carriers if there are any labour disruptions prior to your order being shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For smaller orders, we typically ship using Canada Post, or UPS. Larger orders may also be shipped via FedEx, DHL, and others based on weigh and location.

2. International Shipping Policy (US and elsewhere)
Online orders allow for shipping to Canada and the continental US. If you are located elsewhere, please contact us directly to explore options. We will ship anywhere, but custom rates will be provided for international shipments.
International shipping delivery times exclude delays that may be occurred through CBSA, CBP or other Customs and Immigration Authorities processing facilities.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Harmony Meadows Alpaca and pacaHarmony Inc are not responsible for any customs, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility including tariffs, taxes, and other costs regardless of the jurisdiction applying the increased costs upon your order.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
6. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible; we will attempt to assist in tracking down the shipment, and/or work with the shipper to recover the shipment.
We cannot be held liable for thefts from your property i.e., porch pirates. If you require special shipping instructions to help reduce the chance of theft, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can review your request.
