Product Availability: We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but we do not guarantee product availability at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in CAD or USD and are subject to change. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods via Shopify including PayPal.

Transaction Processing: All eCommerce and Point-of-Sale transactions are handled through the merchant account of pacaHarmony Inc., and may be processed on behalf of Harmony Meadows Alpaca.

Order Confirmation: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or any other legitimate reason.

3. Appointment Booking for Agri-Tourism

Booking Process: Appointments for farm tours, experiences, or other activities must be scheduled in advance through our website. We will do our best to accommodate Walk-ins, but make no guarantees that you will be able to participate in any on-farm activities without a prior appointment.

Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 6 hours before your appointment with NO penalties. If it is an urgent / emergency situation and you provide less than 6 hours’ notice we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to fill your visit spaces, there will be a cancellation fee of $25 per booking.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded, and all refunds are at the discretion of the Company.
- Weather Cancellations: Our tours operate year-round—rain, snow, or shine. However, if we determine that severe weather or unsafe ground conditions pose an abnormal risk to the health and safety of our animals, staff, or visitors, we may need to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

There are no penalties or fees for cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather.

By providing your mobile phone number to Harmony Meadows Alpaca and/or pacaHarmony Inc, you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include important updates, information, and other communications related to our products and services. Messages are sent to respond to customer inquiries, provide updates on orders and appointment reminders. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or STOP to no longer receive communications via text from us.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as permitted by applicable laws.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or ask for their removal from our property when necessary to ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of our staff, visitors, and animals. Refusal of service may occur under the following circumstances:

Disruptive or Unsafe Behavior: Any actions that pose a risk to people, animals, or property, including harassment, aggression, or failure to follow farm rules.

Failure to Comply with Policies: Refusal to adhere to farm safety guidelines, booking policies, or visitor requirements.

Health and Safety Concerns: If an individual is visibly intoxicated (drugs or alcohol), exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness, or otherwise creating a hazardous environment.

Unlawful or Prohibited Activities: Any behavior that violates local, provincial, or federal laws.
We adhere to the Ontario Human Rights Code and will not refuse service based on protected grounds, including race, religion, gender, disability, or any other prohibited basis.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
