Wholesale Terms

These terms apply to all pacaHarmony wholesale orders. They work alongside our standard Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Where anything differs, the wholesale terms below take precedence for wholesale orders.

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to qualified retailers. To apply, contact us.

Ordering

No minimum order. Order what makes sense for your business, whether you're topping up on one product or building a full seasonal buy.

Wholesale pricing structures vary by account type and are communicated at account setup. Some products may be excluded from volume pricing where it applies — excluded items are noted on the product page.

Payment and lead times

How ordering works: You place your order without paying at checkout. We review the order, add shipping, and send you the final total. Payment terms and lead times depend on what you're ordering.

Stock items (in inventory at the farm)
Full payment before shipping. We ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Backordered items (available from our Peru supplier)
50% deposit at time of order, balance due before shipping to you. Typically 4-6 weeks from deposit.

Custom or special-order items
50% deposit at time of order, balance due before shipping to you. Typically 6-8 weeks from deposit, though timelines can be longer depending on the item, season, and supplier availability. We confirm expected delivery when the order is reviewed.

Accepted payment methods: E-transfer or bank deposit (preferred), or credit card. No surcharge on credit card payments.

If a lead time changes materially after you've ordered, we'll contact you.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping: Calculated per order based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Added to your invoice after order review.

Pickup: Free pickup available at the farm in Belwood, Ontario. Please arrange a time in advance.

International orders: Contact us to discuss.

Returns and exchanges

Damaged or defective items: Report within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation. Full refund or replacement at your choice. Return shipping at our cost.

Stock items, 0-90 days from delivery: Returnable in original condition and packaging. 20% restocking fee. Return shipping at buyer's cost.

Stock items, 91-180 days from delivery: Returnable in original condition and packaging. 30% restocking fee. Return shipping at buyer's cost.

Stock items after 180 days: Not accepted.

Custom or special-order items: Not returnable except for defects.

All returns: Contact us before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing may change from time to time based on supplier costs and market conditions.

For stock items: Pricing is confirmed at order review and honoured through shipping.

For backordered or custom items: Pricing at the time your deposit is received is honoured through delivery. In the rare case of extreme cost shifts before delivery — significant supplier price changes, currency swings, or shipping cost changes outside normal ranges — we'll contact you before proceeding.

Future orders reflect current pricing.

Product availability

Availability shown online reflects our best information at the time. If a product becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll contact you to discuss substitutions, backorder, or cancellation of that item.

Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing is confidential and shared only with approved account holders. Please don't share pricing details or account access with parties outside your business.
